Preschool Programs Available
The Sioux City Community School District is a proud member of the Iowa Preschool Initiative, which provides increased access to quality preschool programming for four year olds. We have partnered with area preschool providers, as well as the Siouxland Human Investment Partnership (SHIP) to do so.
There are currently openings in three of our elementary schools for preschool.
Qualifying children must be four by September 15, 2008. Program details for the upcoming 2008-09 school year

Preschool
Full Day runs daily Tuesday-Friday 8:40 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Half Day runs daily Tuesday-Friday 8:40-11:30 a.m.
Riverside
Elementary
Full Day runs daily Tuesday-Friday 8:40 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Half Day runs daily Tuesday-Friday 12:40-3:30 p.m.
Leeds
Elementary
Full Day runs daily Tuesday-Friday 8:40 a.m.-3:30
p.m.
Cost: $100 per month for Full Day and $50
per month for Half Day.
Hot Lunch is $1.50 per day
